ODIS has introduced an improved process for product coating. The process provides ODIS products with maximum anti-corrosion protection and safeguards against common chemicals.

The new process is performed in seven stages:

• Automated shotblast cleaning of products to a level of SA 2 1/2 as per ISO 8501 international standard
  
• Phosphatization
  
• Rinsing
  
• Sealing
  
• Drying
  
• Electrostatic polyester or epoxy spraying
  
• Oven curing

This Process creates a perfectly coated product with a protective layer of 100 micron

Special Coatings

For highly corrosive conditions, e.g. sea water, chemicals or extremely high temperatures, special coatings may be ordered such as vulcanized rubber, phenol epoxy - polyurethane and others.

For special applications, ODIS offers special coatings:

• Hot deep galvanized carbon steel
  
• Stainless steel 304L or 316L
  
• Rubber coated carbon steel
  
• Special alloys
